New: Barrel-Aged Pineapple Mint Splash Sour Ale

Our version of the famed Pineapple and Mint Blend is a playful, tropical sour fermented in oak with fresh pineapple and lime from Long Island, Long Island is the borough we landed up calling home for our brewery. We then worked with our local Cooperate Brooklyn Cooperage to age this fruit forward blend in neighborhood oak barrels also used at Cozy Green. We then released this oak beer into a complex blend with our standard bright, acid burst of a Gose. So tasty, so refreshing!

Barrel-Aged Pineapple Splash will be available only on draft noon Friday, March 11 to celebrate our first anniversary!
